What to Expect

Whether you are buying, selling, or maintaining your home, Effective Home Inspections of Tennessee provides professional and quality services from the moment you call the office. I will help you understand the home inspection process, as well as provide you with additional information to make informed decisions about the effects of Radon Gas and poor water quality. I strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by State of Tennessee, as well as InterNACHI which is a leading home inspection association.

After we walk through the home together, I will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. These walk throughs will help you better understand any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. A thorough understanding of the observations will help you make an educated purchasing decision. I am here to help, so I encourage you to be onsite for this review.

Finally, our observations will be detailed in my  easy-to-read Spectora report, that will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference. Also, the Home Management System that I supply with every inspection will help you stay on top of those standard maintenance items through automated email reminders.
